Backchannel allows you and your counterpart to confidentially and securely submit settlement offers or demands. The other side only learns your number if it matches or overlaps with theirs. This system lets you be realistic in your case appraisal without fear of having it used against you.

Backchannel uses a three-step, guided process to give you the best chance to reach a deal. Step 1 focuses on non-monetary deal terms. Step 2 starts the Backchanneling process with a risk-free, and confidential offer or demand. Step 3 continues the process but with an incentive for the first party to reach the dealmaking number.
